The DS200IAXSG1A is a GE Speedtronic IGBT AA/AB Snubber Card used in EX2000 drive and power conversion applications. This board provides snubber circuit functions for IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) power devices in the EX2000 system, suppressing voltage transients and spikes generated during IGBT switching to protect the power semiconductors from overvoltage damage.
