What's Covered
Every circuit board repaired by Powergenics is covered by our
industry-leading 3-year warranty. Coverage includes:
- All components replaced during the repair
- Labor for any warranty repair
- Return shipping on all warranty claims
- The complete repaired card or module
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your repaired board fails within 3 years of the repair date:
1. Call 800-861-9773 or email sales@powergenics.com
2. Reference your original RMA number
3. We issue a new RMA for the warranty repair
4. Ship the board back — we cover return shipping both ways
5. We repair and return the board at no charge
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage caused after receipt of the repaired board
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or operating conditions
outside of manufacturer specifications
- Damage caused by electrical surges or lightning
- Boards returned without a valid RMA number
