The SPEEDTRONIC MK V Turbine Control System is available in both triple-redundant Mark V “TMR” and single-channel MK V Simplex control systems, the only difference being the two additional controllers in the TMR design.
The MK V control system is a robust designed control system and is still in use in thousands of installations around the world. A newer system, the MK VI and MK Vie replace this system with more processing capabilities.
