How to Ship Your Circuit Board for Repair
Before You Ship
1. Request an RMA number at powergenics.com/return-material-repair/
or call 800-861-9773. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
2. Note your board's part number and any known fault symptoms —
include this information inside the package.
Packaging Guidelines
- Wrap boards in anti-static bubble wrap or an anti-static bag
- Place in a sturdy cardboard box with at least 2 inches of padding
on all sides
- Do not use styrofoam peanuts — they generate static
- For multiple boards, wrap and separate each one individually
- Do not ship boards loose in envelopes

Carrier Recommendations
- UPS or FedEx are preferred for tracking and insurance
- Insure your shipment for the replacement value of the board
- We recommend Ground shipping for non-emergency repairs
