The RS-FSM-1002-002 is a Reuter Stokes / GE Flame Scan Module used in gas turbine flame detection and monitoring applications. This module operates in two interface configurations depending on the connected control system. In logic output mode, it incorporates an adjustable comparator and provides an open collector to ground logic output — low for “flame on,” high for “flame off” — interfacing directly with GE Mark I, Mark II, and Mark IV turbine controllers. In frequency output mode, it incorporates a voltage-to-frequency converter for direct interface with the GE Mark V controller, with input circuits powered from an isolated protective supply and output circuits from a grounded supply.
